The Phoenix metropolitan area is on the Forbes list of Top 20 Housing Markets to invest in for 2014. The list is based on an analysis of population, home prices, and local economic factors for the top 100 metropolitan statistical areas. Each of the top 20 cities have high population and job growth, relatively low home prices, and are still considered under-valued which makes them fairly low-risk investment opportunities for buyers.
